All items are made to order in our shop in Nashville. Current lead times may exceed 4 months. Please contact Kelsey if you have any questions.

Once you place your order, you will be added to the queue. Kelsey will contact you to confirm details once your name comes to the top of the list. You will also receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order is complete.

Due to the nature of our made-to-order product, we do not accept returns.

If you are experiencing an issue with sizing, please email us as soon as possible for an exchange. Please know the lead time with exchanges remains 4-6 weeks as we will be making an entirely new product for you. 

If you are unsure about your size, please contact us before placing your order with any questions in regards to sizing.
